Collections Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of collections specialists, the full-time remote Collections Manager will oversee day-to-day collections execution, ensuring a metrics-driven approach through coaching, compliant communications, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach collections specialists while developing training materials and escalation playbooks
- Collaborate with the Director of Collections to maintain compliant policies and manage KPIs/SLAs
- Design and manage reporting and dashboards for internal performance metrics and external placements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of collections experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proficiency in CRM/collections tools and advanced Excel/Sheets skills
- Experience with business intelligence platforms for reporting and dashboarding (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
