Collections Manager
Job Summary
Managing a team of collection agents, the full-time remote Collections Manager will oversee the collection of payments on delinquent loans, monitor performance trends, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and training to collections agents to meet performance metrics
- Utilize performance monitoring tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Review accounts to identify collection trends and orchestrate resolution plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of Collections and/or Customer Service experience in progressively elevated roles
- 2 years of experience in managing collection teams
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
