Job Summary
Managing legal file preparation and vendor coordination, the full-time Collections Recovery Coordinator will act as a liaison with legal vendors and oversee cases through the litigation process to recover outstanding payments remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between the company and legal vendors
- Prepare delinquent account files and manage daily account portfolios
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics while ensuring effective communication with vendors
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, or high-volume collections
- Experience working with third-party legal vendors or repossession agencies is preferred
- Background in skip tracing and collections, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
