Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Collections Representative will manage accounts receivable, develop relationships with payers, and ensure timely follow-up on invoices while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Review open accounts receivable and prioritize collection activities
• Develop relationships with payers to resolve issues and obtain remits
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all invoices and document key accounts

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of major medical insurance collections or home infusion billing experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for shifts during business hours
• Must be 18 years of age or older
