Collections Representative

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time remote Collections Representative will resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues, investigate invoice discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities
• Utilize advanced skills to recover aging invoices and analyze data to solve complex problems
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers while contributing ideas for process improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience
