Collections Specialist
Job Summary
To support the finance operations team, the full-time remote Collections Specialist will monitor customer accounts for payment irregularities, research discrepancies, and follow up on past due accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring customer account details for nonpayment and delayed payments
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies while following up on past due accounts
- Maintaining and analyzing A/R aging reports and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of collections experience managing a high volume of accounts
- 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Lookups and Pivot Tables
