Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To drive timely payment resolution, the full-time remote Collections Specialist will manage the accounts receivable lifecycle, analyze aging reports, perform account reconciliations, and resolve billing disputes by collaborating with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the collections process for customer accounts, including proactive outreach on past-due balances
• Utilize HighRadius and internal systems to track collections activity, customer communications, and payment disputes
• Prepare and distribute aging analysis and collections reporting to leadership as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable
• Familiarity with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP/collections platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of aging reports, cash application, and collections best practices
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze large sets of financial data
