Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Collections Specialist will manage the analysis and collection of assigned accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring timely collections and accurate customer account reconciliations in a call center setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicates with customers regarding invoice payment statuses and follows up on collections
• Resolves overdue account balances and discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintains accurate customer accounts and prioritizes collection activities to maximize cash flow

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or above preferred
• One year of credit and/or collections experience preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with Oracle is preferred
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively
