Collections Specialist - State Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting customers through early-stage account recovery, the full-time Collections Specialist - State Licensed will manage payment inquiries, assist with repayment options, and maintain account information in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support for payment questions, due dates, and account updates
• Assist customers with early-stage account recovery for accounts 1-45 days past due
• Use skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information while maintaining professionalism and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume contact center
• Demonstrated experience working from home with a reliable internet connection
• State licensing covered for all required collections licensing across multiple states
