Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time remote Collections Supervisor will manage agent development, train team members on effective collection methods, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and customer interaction skills
• Provide timely feedback and direction based on team behavior and practices
• Manage account details and agent performance, ensuring service levels meet expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience in collections is mandatory
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel functions and formulas
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Availability to work the shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
