Job Summary
Focused and competitive, the full-time salaried College Relations Specialist will establish and maintain relationships with universities, promote on-campus and virtual events, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill recruiting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions while planning and executing professional development events
- Attend college career fairs to promote the brand and interact with students, reporting on recruiting metrics after each event
- Proactively identify and prioritize universities for outreach based on potential value and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related areas
- Creative and energetic individual with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and trends
- Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
