Collision Network Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Supporting certified collision repair networks for leading automotive manufacturers, the full-time remote OE Collision Network Implementation Manager will review applications, verify compliance with shop equipment and training requirements, and conduct virtual audits while serving as the primary point of contact for collision repair facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process applications from collision repair facilities seeking certification
• Conduct virtual audits and customer meetings to validate compliance with network standards
• Manage annual certification renewals and maintain accurate records within company systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in collision repair, automotive service, estimating, or production management preferred
• Collision repair shop experience strongly preferred
• Experience as an estimator, production manager, or similar automotive professional is highly desirable
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
