Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will leverage 3-5+ years of claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants in Colorado and Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, adhering to statutory and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in Colorado and Utah or reciprocal states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
