Colorado Enrollment Support Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the enrollment experience for customers in Summit County, the full-time Regional Enrollment Support Specialist will provide technical support and enrollment assistance for Marketplace, Colorado Connect, and Medicaid/CHP+ enrollees while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical and enrollment eligibility support to current and potential enrollees
- Conduct community outreach and education to raise awareness about health coverage options and financial assistance programs
- Offer direct enrollment assistance, helping individuals and families apply for health coverage and insurance affordability programs
Required qualifications:
- Colorado resident, preferably local to Summit County
- High school education required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community coordinating, communications, or public service roles, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
- Demonstrated knowledge of CBMS and individual market eligibility rules
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or health insurance industry
