Colorado Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing high-level support to clients and producers, the full-time Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage commercial accounts, implement insurance programs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working remotely or from the Denver, CO office.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and implements appropriate insurance programs for clients, ensuring adherence to agency guidelines
• Educates clients on coverage options, exclusions, and regulatory changes while maintaining accurate documentation
• Facilitates effective communication between clients and producers, managing complaints and ensuring client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience
• Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License
• Experience with Construction, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Real Estate accounts preferred
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or equivalent designation strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Applied Epic or similar AMS is acceptable
