Job Summary
Supporting healthcare applications, the full-time Colorado Licensed Application Analyst in Professional Billing will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various systems while working remotely with some on-site presence required for trainings or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolutions
- Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain healthcare applications and related technologies
- Manage small projects related to healthcare applications, ensuring adherence to documentation and change management standards
Required qualifications
- Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing Administration or related areas preferred
- Two years of work experience in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables) and Visio
- In-depth knowledge of system analysis and healthcare application technologies
- Ability to develop and maintain testing plans and scripts for system integrity verification
