Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Architect, the full-time position will manage architectural design projects for various industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with codes and standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints
- Conduct life safety and code analysis, coordinating with authorities and communicating findings to the team
- Mentor junior architects and manage project schedules, ensuring deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program and a current Colorado Architect license
- NCARB Certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of architectural design experience in a multi-disciplined A/E firm or general contractor
- Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Navisworks
- Experience with Data Centers, nuclear facilities, and managing architectural design phases from concept to construction
