Job Summary
To lead strategic initiatives in revenue cycle management, the full-time Colorado Licensed Associate Director will provide operational leadership for the Accounts Receivable Resolution team, focusing on performance metrics, workflow optimization, and financial outcomes while working onsite in Aurora, Colorado.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Accounts Receivable Resolution teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain accountability for key accounts receivable performance indicators and develop action plans to improve financial outcomes
- Lead strategic initiatives for operational optimization and revenue cycle effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Business or healthcare graduate degree or 10 years of direct high-profile physician billing experience
- 5+ years of Sr. Manager/Director level experience within a Revenue Cycle Department
- Working knowledge of physician reimbursement and contract analysis
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and clerical skills
- Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
