Colorado Licensed Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
To support an ABA practice, the contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will remotely supervise and mentor RBTs, review client progress, and develop meaningful programming while fostering relationships with families.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs while providing ongoing clinical care
- Review data and client progress to edit programs and develop goals
- Build genuine relationships with families and provide caregiver support
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Colorado teaching license (consideration for BCBA trainees)
- Experience in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
- Strong commitment to ethical behavior analysis and collaboration
