Colorado Licensed Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
To support a compassionate ABA practice, the contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will supervise and mentor RBTs, review client progress, and develop meaningful programming while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while fostering a supportive environment
- Review data and client progress to inform program adjustments and goal development
- Build relationships with families and provide caregiver support and guidance
Required qualifications
- Active Colorado BCBA certification
- Experience in behavior analysis with a focus on ethical and neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Strong skills in data analysis and program development
- Ability to mentor and support RBTs in a collaborative environment
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field may be considered for BCBA trainees with a Colorado teaching license
