Colorado Licensed Change Management Advisor
Job Summary
Leading the people side of data governance and technology engagements, the full-time Senior Change Management Advisor will run ADKAR assessments, analyze stakeholder impacts, and build communication and training plans, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ADKAR and readiness assessments to evaluate change impacts and stakeholder engagement
- Coach sponsors and people managers while developing communication, training, and reinforcement strategies
- Define and report on adoption metrics in collaboration with clients, focusing on AI tools and governance policies
Required qualifications
- Prosci certification or ACMP CCMP certification is mandatory
- Experience in change management within technology or data governance contexts
- Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and engage as a subject matter expert
- Strong understanding of adoption metrics and reporting methodologies
- Ability to work as an individual contributor in a 100% billable capacity
