Colorado Licensed Client Advisor
Job Summary
Proactively managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed Client Advisor will handle renewal marketing, client inquiries, and annual reviews while ensuring high retention rates and compliance with service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Provide technical expertise and consultative support to clients regarding insurance coverage and risk assessment
- Ensure timely responses to underwriters and maintain accurate documentation within agency management systems
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of coverages and underwriting
- State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- High school diploma is required; college degree preferred
- Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or CPRIA are preferred or expected to be pursued
- Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart is a plus, but not required
