Job Summary
To support the development of future nurses, a part-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Nursing Instructor will mentor nursing students at local clinical sites in Colorado Springs, guiding them through hands-on experiences and providing feedback while continuing their own nursing practice.
Key responsibilities
- Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings
- Coach and mentor students in developing clinical skills, judgment, and confidence
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a consistent, student-centered learning experience
Required qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado
- Master's degree in Nursing
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
