Colorado Licensed Clinical QA Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Colorado Home and Community-Based Services program, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Clinical QA Analyst will conduct quality reviews of assessments, analyze compliance metrics, and provide feedback to ensure high standards of clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of assessments and clinical documentation completed by Nurse Assessors
• Analyze reports and quality metrics to identify trends and ensure compliance
• Utilize quality assurance tools to evaluate performance and maintain program standards

Required qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the state of practice
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate work experience in a clinical or healthcare field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Two (2) or more years of related experience in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting preferred
