Colorado Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing high-level support to clients and producers, the full-time Colorado Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage commercial accounts, implement insurance programs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working remotely or from the Denver, CO office.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans and implements insurance programs tailored to client needs while adhering to agency guidelines
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and educates clients on coverage options and compliance
• Handles policy renewals, client communications, and resolves disputes in collaboration with producers

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance
• Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License
• Experience with Construction, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Real Estate accounts preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applied Epic is a plus
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or equivalent designation strongly preferred
