Colorado Licensed Discovery Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a national litigation team, the part-time Colorado Licensed Discovery Paralegal will manage investigations, collections, and the organization of discovery databases while working in a flexible, hybrid or remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform investigation and collections duties to respond to litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
• Obtain and manage client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
