Colorado Licensed Health Informaticist
Job Summary
To support the healthcare experience through innovative informatics solutions, a full-time Colorado Licensed Health Informaticist will perform workflow and system analysis, engage with clinical users, and lead technology projects in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with business and clinical caregivers to build productive relationships
- Participate in the implementation, training, and process improvement of Health Information Technology (HIT)
- Utilize informatics principles to support and lead moderately complex projects with limited supervision
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of workflows in a healthcare system
- Experience engaging providers and clinicians through effective presentation and communication
- Proven ability to apply informatics fundamentals to improve quality and safety
- Experience with EHR systems such as Cerner or Epic
- Current state licensure for Registered Nurses or other licensed clinical incumbents
