Colorado Licensed HR Consultant
Job Summary
Providing fractional HR leadership to multiple small and mid-sized clients, the full-time Colorado Licensed HR Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing strategic and day-to-day people challenges while working primarily in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise business owners and executives on complex HR matters, including employee relations and performance issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with clients' business goals
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as an extension of their leadership teams to enhance workplace effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and Colorado employment law
- Experience in HR consulting or a multi-client environment is highly valued
- Strong judgment and ability to provide clear recommendations in complex situations
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred
