To support a growing business immigration practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed Immigration Paralegal will manage the preparation and filing of non-immigrant visa applications, communicate with clients, and assist legal teams remotely while adhering to Mountain Time Zone hours.
Key responsibilities
- Expanding knowledge of US Immigration Law and case processing for various non-immigrant visa types
- Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager
- Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions and processing government correspondence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 3-5 years of business immigration law experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in office software and data management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to updates in office technology
