Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Insurance Producer will develop and grow a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with prospects and clients in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients while serving as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' insurance and risk management needs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in insurance brokerage, business development, or a related client-facing role
• Strong track record of developing relationships and generating new business
• Knowledge of commercial insurance and/or employee benefits products and markets
• Ability to identify client needs and develop solutions in partnership with internal specialists
• Appropriate insurance licenses required or the ability to obtain necessary licenses
