Job Summary
Providing training and consultation on evidence-based practices, the full-time Colorado Licensed Intensive Home-Based Treatment Coach will support program implementation and workforce development remotely for organizations across the Colorado System of Care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality training on the Intensive Home-Based Treatment model to behavioral health professionals
- Provide coaching and consultation to IHBT programs to ensure model fidelity and consistency
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of statewide training processes and track training attendance
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, or a related field
- Independent licensure with supervisory credentials in a relevant discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Minimum of two years of experience in training, management, and program implementation in mental health or substance abuse
