Colorado Licensed Lead Construction Inspector
Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Lead Construction Inspector, the full-time position will manage construction projects, coordinate with engineering teams, and supervise field staff, primarily working remotely with potential long hours during the construction season.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute construction management for engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Perform calculations and assist with the analysis for engineering and construction-related services
- Supervise and mentor less experienced staff while developing a cohesive project team
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in municipal or CDOT construction inspection
- DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
