Job Summary
Supporting attorneys with mass tort and civil litigation matters, the full-time Colorado Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage case preparation from intake through trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and coordinating communication with clients and court personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage case preparation from pre-litigation through trial
- Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and trial documents
- Conduct legal research and summarize medical records and case-related documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
- Mass tort experience required
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
