Colorado Licensed Medical Director
Job Summary
Providing clinical supervision and oversight, the part-time Colorado Licensed Medical Director will support nurse practitioners delivering infusion services in a remote, flexible contract role requiring 2-5 hours per month.
Key responsibilities
- Provide required physician supervision for nurse practitioners in accordance with state regulations
- Conduct quarterly virtual meetings to review clinical cases, offer guidance, and ensure adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of supervisory activities
Required qualifications
- Active Colorado MD license and DEA license
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, or Neurology strongly preferred)
