Colorado Licensed Medical Lead
Job Summary
To support clinical excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Colorado Licensed Medical Lead will provide mentorship, train new providers, and champion PLH policies while maintaining clinical responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical expert resource for other PLH medical providers and lead virtual training for new staff
- Conduct chart reviews and provide mentorship to ensure adherence to PLH clinical and administrative policies
- Assist with the outreach and standardization of the PLH MOD platform, promoting workflow improvements and quality care
Required qualifications
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of provider experience
- Experience caring for MOD patients as a virtual provider
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Ability to mentor, coach, and support fellow providers effectively
- Strong commitment to the PLH mission and values, with a focus on patient-centered care
