Colorado Licensed Medical Office Representative

Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Colorado Licensed Medical Office Representative will welcome patients, update and verify patient information, and maintain effective operational flow while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately update, verify, and enter patient information, including insurance and billing details
• Communicate patients' status to team members and keep patients informed of their progress
• Educate patients on test locations, patient portal use, and follow-up actions while requesting co-pays and outstanding balances

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of medical front office experience (preferred)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (preferred)
• Ability to operate office equipment, including computers and scanners
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
