To support a growing team, a Colorado Licensed Medicare Agent will work fully remote to help seniors navigate Medicare coverage, utilizing provided leads and resources while earning commission-based income with uncapped potential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare plans and solutions
- Utilize provided leads and technology to build and manage a personal client portfolio
- Complete training through Connie Academy and achieve sales milestones for bonuses
Required qualifications
- Active health license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses not acceptable)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, or insurance
- No prior Medicare sales experience required; welcome to new agents
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a business
- Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
