Job Summary

Motivated salespeople who are new to Medicare will find a fully remote opportunity as a Colorado Licensed Medicare Agent, responsible for building their own business by selling Medicare and Life insurance with provided leads, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Complete training through Connie Academy, covering Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Utilize provided leads to sell Medicare and Life insurance, with coaching support available
• Manage client relationships and focus on achieving sales milestones to earn commissions and bonuses

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed after starting
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary, but must have sold Medicare for less than a year if applicable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable with commission-based pay structure
