Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Colorado Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, ensure client engagement, and collaborate with care teams while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum while fostering client participation and engagement
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain regular check-ins with supervisory staff
- Collaborate with the care team and maintain professional ethics, including confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with group treatment experience
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
