Job Summary
To deliver evidence-based therapy to adult clients remotely, the part-time Colorado Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other providers as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy sessions and conduct new client assessments using evidence-based practices
- Complete all documentation within 48 hours of client contact and maintain compliance with EMR standards
- Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments and collaborate with other mental health professionals for client referrals
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+) and 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency in clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 and familiarity with EHR systems
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
