Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Colorado Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time hybrid position in Colorado Springs, CO, who will provide individual, family, and couples therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate with a clinical team to support clients facing various behavioral health challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on experience and interests
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, thoughtful clinical documentation and collaborate with the clinical team

Required qualifications:

• Active Colorado license in a mental health discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to see patients without supervision
• Experience working with children, as the caseload is mixed
• Ability to navigate real-world challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Interest in professional growth within a collaborative team environment
