Job Summary
Supporting the Tier 3 Network team, the remote Colorado Licensed Network Administrator Tier 2 will manage network maintenance, monitor performance, and assist in troubleshooting network systems during normal business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in network assessments and documentation of requirements
- Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in network support or administration
- Entry-level certification (Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+)
- Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Exposure to regulated or secure environments is a plus
