Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven healthcare team, the part-time Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage will perform telephone triage, collect patient data, and provide care advice while working remotely in Colorado.

Key responsibilities:

• Collects and evaluates patient health data to identify needs and make assessments for various age groups
• Reviews medications and health history, ensuring safety and appropriateness of care advice given
• Implements quality improvement activities and integrates audit findings into practice to enhance patient care

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• 1-3 years of recent nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado required
• Ability to provide age-appropriate triage and treatment dispositions for diverse patient populations
