Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven healthcare team, the part-time Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage will perform telephone triage, collect patient data, and provide care advice while working fully remote in Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Collects and assesses patient health data to identify unique needs and determine appropriate interventions
• Reviews medications and allergies, ensuring safety and appropriateness of care advice while acting as a resource for other staff
• Integrates quality improvement activities into practice and adjusts care advice based on individual patient situations using nursing judgment

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• 1-3 years of recent nursing experience required
• Current RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Ability to provide age-appropriate triage and treatment dispositions for various patient demographics required
