Colorado Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Colorado Licensed Outpatient Therapist will plan, organize, and implement therapy services for patients and families through interactive video communication, conducting evaluations and ongoing therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement social work services via telehealth to address emotional and social needs of patients and families
• Consult with psychiatrists and Specialty Clinic staff to design appropriate treatment plans for patient care crises
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as part of the interdisciplinary team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing individual counseling services, including internships or practicum
• Preferred crisis intervention training and experience with clients having dual diagnoses
• Licensed to work independently as a Social Worker in the relevant states, with Colorado licensure strongly preferred
• Required licensure includes LPC-MH or CSW-PIP or state equivalent
