Job Summary
Supporting a multi-state litigation docket, the full-time Colorado Licensed Paralegal will provide both administrative and substantive legal assistance in a remote environment, focusing on general liability and commercial matters while working closely with trial attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management and file maintenance
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Manage case files from inception through resolution, ensuring organization and tracking of deadlines
Required qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a hybrid role within a civil litigation practice
- Experience with general liability or commercial litigation matters strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Colorado state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
