Colorado Licensed PAS Representative

Job Summary

To support the CHDC team, the full-time Colorado Licensed PAS Representative will assist self-pay patients with the application process, manage registrations, and handle payments in a remote setting, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-registration and registration processes, verifying patient eligibility and obtaining necessary authorizations
• Collect patient payments and provide financial counseling, explaining company financial policies and assisting with financial assistance applications
• Act as a liaison between patients, billing departments, and payors to resolve issues and enhance account receivables performance

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center
• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance and/or patient financial services
• Proficiency in Excel and common office software
• Strong knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes
