Colorado Licensed Product Consultant

Job Summary

To manage Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Product Consultant will develop, implement, and enhance product offerings while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs and lead portfolio enhancements based on market and competitive analyses
• Serve as a subject matter expert to translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including stakeholder training and resolution of product-related inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Experience in market analysis and product performance evaluation
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and facilitate collaboration
