Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Product Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Serve as a product subject matter expert, translating requirements into compliant benefit designs and managing vendor relationships
- Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
- Ability to conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product strategies
