Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Product Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance product offerings and align with market needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, lead portfolio enhancements, and conduct market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant product designs and manage vendor relationships
- Support product strategy development and facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Strong understanding of product policy and benefit administration
- Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform product decisions
